Hamilton clergy appointments

Hamilton Bishop Stephen Lowe announced the appointments of several priests in new roles.These appointments took effect in May.

Fr Santey Kizhakkinedath, SDB, was made chaplain of Tyburn Monastery at Ngakuru, Rotorua.
Fr Anselm Aherne, MHM, was appointed parish priest of Huntly and Ngaruawahia.

Fr Alfonso Dujali, MSP, is now parish priest of Frankton and Raglan.

Fr Danny Fraser-Jones was appointed assistant priest of Tauranga Moana.

The appointment of Fr Fernando Alombro, MSP, as parochial vicar for Kaimai Collegial Area and Filipino Chaplain, residing in Morrinsville is still pending. He had not yet arrived in New Zealand.

Bishop Lowe also announced that Fr Seejo Thandiackal, CMI, is now based in the United States.

    What ever happened to Father Redman who was at Balmoral in the 50s and became pp at Huntly I think. He was a great speaker and priest
