I agree in some places it would not be possible due to sheer numbers but in smaller churches/parishes it would not be difficult at all to say 2 masses a day midweek. People could sign up on a roster basis for a mass so that more could attend. It seems as though you bishops have simply decided that you can’t be bothered with the extra effort involved in allowing faithful Catholics the opportunity to participate in mass and receive the sacrament of Holy Eucharist
