Porn used to be a male-only obsession but females make up 30% of the pornography viewing audience. The shame and guilt of not being able to stop on one’s own causes people to refrain from seeking help. There is help available. One of the best programs to help overcome a pornography habit is the book Power Over Pornography. It uses a very different but very effective approach that works and prevents relapse. I recommend it.
