She hits the nail on the head when she says, “Lex orandi, lex credendi — we pray as we believe”. Thankfully at the parish I attend the kneelers are still in place and the vast majority of people kneel during Mass. I remember reading during the period after Vatican II when kneelers were hastily removed that one priest wrote saying why was kneeling being taken away from Mass as he said “Even Our Lord fell on His knees to pray before our heavenly Father”.
